Research focus

I have been studying the plant-pathogen interactions using classical molecular biology and bioinformatic approaches. I am particularly interested in plant immunity system evolution and pathogen effector characterization. At Djamei lab I am focused on plant immunity receptors investigation and Ustilago maydis effector characterization.
