- Root morphogenesis, development and architecture;
- Genomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics of maize roots;
- Metagenomics of root/soil microbes;
- Molecular biology and microbiology.

What we require:
- High interest and enthusiasm in scientific research;
- Master in Biology/Genetics/Plant science/Microbiology;
- Communication skills in English and willingness to work hard are essential;
- Being organized, critical thinking, willing to learn and improve;
- Experience in plant-microbe interaction highly welcome;
- R/python programming is expected, but not essential.
