Summer is (finally) coming to a close, although the weather seems to have missed the memo. It's still hot, too hot, but at least the city of Bonn is no longer under a fiery siege of unrelenting heat from the unyielding, indiscriminate, beastly summer sun. Given the past week's weather providing a sliver of semblance belonging to that of summers from decades long gone past, the team struck out in an opportune window of respite from the unabating, merciless brutality of our beloved solar systems sun's wicked rays.
